Shipping & Delivery 

1. Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping on any individual purchase over the sum of R1000 including VAT – this is a 2-3 day service for main centre areas, with a 3-5 day service for more outlying areas.

1.1 This service is provided by The Courier Guy and can be door to door, door to kiosk or locker. PostNet is a store-to-store service.

1.2 To optimise our service we reserve the right to amend, terminate and/or change the service providers at our own discretion. 

2. Shipping on orders below R1000

On all orders below R1000 including VAT shipping charges will be for the account of the purchaser, and will be charged at a flat rate of R150 excluding VAT per individual shipment.

This service will be provided by the same service providers as referred to in clause 1.1 and 1.2 at our own discretion.

3. Shipping to restricted areas that incur a surcharge

We reserve the right to send any order to the nearest Courier Guy kiosk or Postnet branch for your collection (even if the door-to-door option has been requested) if your address falls into a restricted delivery location (as determined by the courier) that incurs a delivery surcharge - for example:

• Hospitals
• Mines
• Power Stations
• Remote farms

4. Foreign Shipping

We only ship within South African borders so no foreign shipping options are available and we do not accept any foreign payments via SWIFT.
